Just trying to get an idea, we have some neighbors who are having problems and they have managed to stop their home foreclosure. I would like to know what options are out there that actually work. I have checked out a couple of Debt Settlement Services and debt relief agencies but would like to hear your input. Anyone know what the best option is?

The only thing that could stop foreclosure is to be able to pay the obligations, if you’re a good payer definitely there will be no foreclosure. Or other thing to stop by reconstructing the loan, ask for an extension.

There a number of ways to stop foreclosure. In today’s market negotiations with lenders are common. Loan modifications, forbearance agreements are ways to stop foreclosure. It all depends on the individual case. A foreclosure specialist can help you understand the process.
